All products carry a one year warranty except software and cables, no warranty on software including games. All faulty items should be returned to Compuhub in original item packaging. To arrange to return an item or report something damaged you need to click on the contact us link on the website to send us an email. You will pay the postage costs for returning the item to us and we will check the product and if it is faulty or damaged, it will be replaced and the new item sent to you.
If there is nothing wrong however and the goods are perfectly ok and work, then the item will be returned to you and you will need to pay the postage to cover this.If goods are delivered to you damaged then you need to let us know within 24 hours of receipt or we will not be held liable.
